Discussion: Current list is about 45 families with 200 folks potential so the 1^st one will be in the Social Hall;

Coordinating Instructions:

o Bill McNutt is preparing the list of invitees with Bobbie Wolbach and sends the quarterly list to the coordinators;

o Sister Mary-Ann will handle child care

o Laura Petracca will provide music

o The coordinators work with Bobbie to place an announcement in the Bulletin, send out invitations, make follow-up phone calls, contact others to assist with snacks and refreshments, prepare the environment and the program to include a welcome and introduction

o Ministry Book: Charlie is working on this

o The Box of supplies: locked in the room off the Sacrisy and Charlie will add some supplies (Directories, Farm Pictures, other)

o Tablecloth is on order, shipping 1-8-08 with arrival on 1-15-08 and Sue will ensure the Table gets to the Church foyer:

Topic 1 - Snow Removal: Jose and Miguel have been working hard to keep the grounds snow and ice-free:

Topic 2 - Maintenance: Heat is being repaired

Topic 3 - Old Town Hall: Fred has been working with Manny on this and it is about complete; it looks really good; waiting on the Tables and Chairs and then ready to move in. The space is great for a gathering of 30-40 people

Children’s Choir Discussion

Discussion: Joe Demers organized this group of 2d to 5^th Grade who sang during Advent and will plan to sing again during Lent
